COMMUNITY CLASS. 5$ to non-members, while members can still take the class with their membership. Slow Flow is a practice that centers around gentle movements and mindful breathing. Each pose is held for a duration of 3 to 8 breaths, allowing practitioners to explore and deepen their connection to the present moment. Emphasis is placed on moving slowly and with intention, allowing for a meditative experience that encourages both physical and mental relaxation. Slow Flow offers a nurturing space to cultivate awareness and inner peace in basic yoga postures. This class is 60 minutes and is accessible to students of all levels.
