Yin Yoga - 60 Minutes

Dive into the practice of Yin Yoga, holding postures for 3-5 minutes, aiming for a profound stretch that nurtures your body and mind. In our Yin classes, silence or gentle music reigns, guiding you through a gentle, unhurried pace that encourages stillness within your physical and mental being. Emphasis is placed on the art of breath work, fostering a deep connection with your inner self, and cultivating patience and stillness throughout each posture. Yin classes aim to enhance flexibility and promote relaxation, prioritizing the release of tension over the building of physical strength. This class is 60 minutes and accessible to students of all levels.


Slow Flow - 60 Minutes

Slow Flow is a practice that centers around gentle movements and mindful breathing. Each pose is held for a duration of 3 to 8 breaths, allowing practitioners to explore and deepen their connection to the present moment. Emphasis is placed on moving slowly and with intention, allowing for a meditative experience that encourages both physical and mental relaxation. Slow Flow offers a nurturing space to cultivate awareness and inner peace in basic yoga postures. This class is 60 minutes and is accessible to students of all levels. This class is beginner friendly. 


Flow I - 60 Minutes

Flow I offers a standard vinyasa or flow practice that encourages individualized movement and modifications. In this class you will frequently move with each breath. Yogis can find numerous opportunities to flow independently and tailor the practice to their unique needs. The class includes Sun Salutation sequences interwoven with a diverse array of additional postures aimed at fostering a well-rounded experience. Participants are invited to adjust the pace of the practice, either slowing down for more gentle exploration or picking up the tempo for a faster flow, and using props as they need. This class is 60 minutes and is recommended for all levels. This class is beginner friendly. 


Flow II - 60 Minutes

Flow II is designed for practitioners looking to push themselves further in their yoga journey. This class introduces advanced poses to enhance your current practice and deepen your connection to body and breath. In Flow II, explore challenging postures that will test your strength, flexibility, and balance. The faster flow of movements will keep you engaged and focused, allowing you to harness your energy and leave inspired. This class is 60 minutes and better suited for an intermediate to advanced student.


Yoga Sculpt - 60 Minutes

Sculpt is a dynamic yoga class designed for those seeking a more invigorating workout experience. Our Yoga Sculpt class integrates optional weights, yoga, and mat pilates techniques to elevate your practice. By combining controlled breath work with purposeful yoga postures, this class aims to enhance muscle strength and elevate heart rate. Whether you are looking to build endurance, tone your body, or simply challenge yourself in a new way, this class offers a balanced approach to fitness and mindfulness. This class is 60 minutes and better suited for an intermediate or advanced student.

It is also good to mention that ANYONE is welcome into any yoga class! The suggestions above are intended to make choosing a class easier for a new student, you can always come to ANY class and do what you can. Speak to your teacher beforehand with any concerns or questions.
