Slow Flow - 60 Minutes

Each pose is held for a duration of 3 to 8 breaths, allowing practitioners to explore and deepen their connection to the present moment. Emphasis is placed on moving slowly and with intention, allowing for a meditative experience that encourages both physical and mental relaxation. Slow Flow offers a nurturing space to cultivate awareness and inner peace in basic yoga postures. This class is 60 minutes and is accessible to students of all levels. This class is beginner friendly.
Flow I - 60 Minutes
Flow I offers a standard vinyasa or flow practice that encourages individualized movement and modifications. In this class you will frequently move with each breath. Yogis can find numerous opportunities to flow independently and tailor the practice to their unique needs. The class includes Sun Salutation sequences interwoven with a diverse array of additional postures aimed at fostering a well-rounded experience. Participants are invited to adjust the pace of the practice, either slowing down for more gentle exploration or picking up the tempo for a faster flow, and using props as they need. This class is 60 minutes and is recommended for all levels. This class is beginner friendly.

This class is 60 minutes and better suited for an intermediate or advanced student.
