Lillie Wilson

Lillie’s yoga journey began in 2016, when she was pregnant with her daughter. Lillie completed her 200 hour training at Indiana Yoga Studio under the supervision of Chris Yovanovich. She grew to love the flow of yoga and now adding in a mix of sculpt. Learning to use her breath through difficult poses has taught Lillie how to move through life’s ups and downs, outside of the studio.

Lillie loves teaching an energizing and sculpting flow style. Creating a little heat in the body and moving to a great playlist is her jam! Lillie has learned so much about herself through movement. Her goal for each class is to encourage her students to flow and focus on this one hour they get to flow and let the rest go.
