Self-Care Sunday

This ONLINE 30-minute meditation and journaling workshop is held the second Sunday of each month. You will need a quiet space and a journal and pen. You will also need to create a Zoom account to join the workshop online. The theme for March's SCS will be preparing to blossom. As we slowly creep out of winter and into spring, let's reflect on the ways we may feel depleted after a long winter. As we reflect, we'll be able to ground in self-love and acceptance, and prepare to blossom as we head into spring.
