Dani Gohier
Dani discovered the magic of yoga while working in the news industry and was amazed at its effectiveness on relieving stress and reducing tension. Yoga worked so well that Dani wanted to dive deeper into the practice and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019. During the pandemic, she used her time to explore more aspects of yoga and completed certifications in breath work, mediation, yin, kundalini, and women's health. She also completed her 300 hour yoga teacher training and is currently a multi-style 500 hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Eventually she aims to become a yoga therapist. As the yoga nerd she is, she finds joy in reading about yoga philosophy, exploring new yogic practices, and diving deeper into her mediation.
At Sage Yoga, Dani will be playing a versatile, and important role as a substitute yoga teacher, filling in when she’s needed and when she can. When not doing yoga, Dani enjoys spending time in the outdoors, traveling, dancing, going for walks, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two cute cats.
